MickeyCheeky, I do not have all the answers because you are depressed but you need to limit your computer (or smartphone) time and get outside more. Force yourself. H and I have been walking 4.5 hours per day and now when we see certain neighbors, we always stop and talk. Some people just lift my spirits. You do that for me too. But it is better for your depression when you get face to face interaction. I told you that my sister visits Italy in the summers. The little town she goes to is set up so that she has to walk everywhere. She says that there are some people (older ladies) who expect here to stop and talk to her everytime she walks by. If she doesn't say "Hi", they ask why. If you don't know what to study then maybe pick a college in a town in Italy that has a reputation for having a lot of things to do? But mostly, I love PC but don't spend all day here. Being addicted to a social media place like this is easy to do when we are depressed. Do we spend all day long here because we are depressed? Or does spending time here all day long make us depressed? They may reinforce each other. Limit your time here. I check in everyday to follow certain people like you. I have grown to like many people here but I am trying to limit my time to 1 hour a day in order to continue to improve my life. MickeyCheeky, you are sweet! Keep trying to improve your depression. Sincerely, Myst
