i have put back all the weight that i lost back in 05, i started to go and see the surgarys nurse for moral support,
i know what i should and shouldnt eat but i can sem to get past not eating sweets/chocolate i have even avoided buying it but i still end up getting some from somewhere
when i am very down i start binging a lot
so i need some will power
they provide patches for smokers i wish ehey made patches to help give up or cut back on the sweets
