Sorry you feel your SSRI isn't helping.
Sometimes when necessary a psychiatrist may cautiously combine more than one antidepressant but there are serious risks of toxicity if not managed carefully by a specialist.
The most serious is serotonin syndrome which can lead to shock, convulsions and even death. This link might be helpful, but remember to cross check anything you read on line.

My Pdoc point blank refused to make certain combinations due to the risk of serotonin syndrome - he didn't want to poison me.
