I'm used to certain kinds of auditory/visual hallucinations but this was different. It was red, scary, and evil looking. I sometimes can't tell what's real or not. But this...I knew it wasn't real but I was terrified. It just wouldn't go away. I think it was making sounds? Or maybe that was just me hearing something else? It happened when I got up in the middle of the night so it was hard to get back to sleep...I slept with the lights on after that.
