Hallucinations are so disorienting and frightening. How do you ground yourself to reality? I find the five senses technique helpful. Describe five things that are real that you can see, then five you can touch, then five you can smell, then five you can hear. It can be very difficult if the hallucinations are really bad.

Hang in there. So glad you are seeing your doctor tomorrow.
