I was recently diagnosed as BP, doc says leaning more towards II than I but not certain yet. Before BP I was taking Vyvanse for ADHD. However, it contributed to mania, made it worse, etc. I now take Lithium, Celexa (not new, was taking for OCD), and risperidone. Risperidone has been a miracle med for me as it treated the mania, has helped significantly to treat my hostility, and has made it so I can have patience and be the father I should be instead of getting irritated all the time (not gone, but better).

Here is my issue. I've been off the Vyvanse for almost a week, and I am constantly tired AF. I don't think it's the risperidone because the first two days off Vyvanse while taking risperidone were fine. Taking risperidone with Vyvanse also didn't make me tired (as you might expect).

So how do I get over this damn exhaustion? Any help is graciously appreciated.
