I take a powder that has many vegetables, things like spirilina and wheat-grass, lots of helpful herbs and stuff like ginseng, liquorice, multi vitamins and other goodies (about 76 ingredients all up). I also take protein powder, turmeric, fish oil and vitamin D. A lot of this is for my Chronic fatigue and Fibromyalgia but all those vitamins and minerals would help my mental state too.
