Wasn't sure if it happened on this (bipolar) forum. Can't bring myself to go back and read all my posts so I'm just covering bases by posting it here too.

Ummm...yes and no to am i ok. I lost my grandma about 3 weeks ago and since then anger/rage seems to just be overwhelming and any little thing I don't like can set off an outburst. Hence the apology.
