This may sound dumb but caffeine. I drink nothing but pop I drink water like may be once a week or once every other week and it's just to shut my fiance up about my addiction to caffeine and I never drink a full bottle of water. I drink some and then wait for him to leave and when he does I pour the rest down the drain so he thinks I drank it all.
