Thank you for the welcome my fellow fibro brothers and sisters. I really appreciate it. I slept on the toilet...almost hit my head on the sink when I'd dose off but couldn't stay off the toilet for more than a minute without rushing back. I'm sure the stress isn't helping matters. Nor is the lack of quality sleep. But I think my meds are all wrong. Geodon has been killing my stomach for months but until the recent increase I could bare it....when the increase occurred I got hit hard with the IBS on a whole nother level....even before recent events made stress high. So it's probably a combo of IBS, Geodon and stress. My doctor gave me Haldol and permission to take a break from Geodon. The worst part is I expect these meds to help with my pain, but they just seem to aggravate it. My stress is going up and down on then up again. This can't be good for pain. The cold isn't helping....my knees are killing no but my hubby bought me a snuggle heated blanket and I'm sitting under it now and it's soothing. (((Hugs to all my fellow sufferers out there)). Thank you for this place and the ability to talk about my pain. People don't understand which is good for them but hard to not be understood. I know all of you get it though so at least I'm not alone. Hoping we all have a good day tomorrow.
