Yes, it is. I sometimes get health phobia as well, might be having that rather than hypochondria at the moment but didn't know the difference before. I go from various types of cancer to COPD at this moment but before I had anything, just like you say, MS, cancer, ALS and lots of crazy improbable illnesses more. Focused on cancer since my mom got it three years ago (but is fine now).
