Thank you all so much! My cave break didn't help and I'm back Last night I was planning on quitting a med cold turkey but instead I took a higher dose than usual - my anxiety was sky high and I knew where things were heading Seems that I need those meds although I dislike taking them so much. Growl at me! And again I hope this post didn't trigger anyone.
