I take Vitamin D because its typically low in bipolar people.

Bipolar is (imo) so closely linked to oxytocin problems, which I think are the cause of the serotonin and other problems (btw oxytocin injections during labor increase the child's bipolar risk by 2.5x). So to help with that I take vitamin C and eat foods high in protein, magnesium, and cholesterol.
