Have your mom explain to the receptionist that the pharmacy you have to use is unsure of when they will get the seroquel in that you need and is there any way to get samples until you can get the script from the pharmacy. If they don't have samples I would ask for an alternate AP for the meantime and they should be able to call it in to your pharmacy. Have them make sure the pharmacy has whatever they call in. Explain that you are OUT of the seroquel and there needs to be a solution ASAP.

It is also crap that the pharmacy won't give you a timeframe on the Seroquel shipment. It's never been more than a couple days max when I have dealt with situations like this, BUT that is FAR TOO LONG for you.
