What was sweet of me??? That I went to see him or that I bought him something? LOL

Since yesterday, I've felt like I'm trying to prove something, but what that something is, is a mystery to me.

I'm not enjoying giving him so much time in my thoughts, especially since yesterday. Maybe it's a reminder of how life was when he WAS in my life.

Maybe the next time I go see him, I will coordinate with my oldest son, see him together and then close this chapter, too.

My daughter is going to be in town this weekend to see her dad. I'm already having dreams of being with the boys. I know that won't happen, but hope springs eternal. At least I saw the boys in my dreams.

For spit seconds of my day I find myself wishing that my adult life had begun and ended with no one else in it but Jerry and my kids. Ah, well...

Aaaahhhh! My daughter is already in town. She just called Jerry.
