Come to think of it, I went through a spell where that would happen to me and wouldn't you know it, it was after having lunch out with a friend. We'd sit in the restaurant and shoot the breeze, waiting for it to hit me but it never would until we hit the next place we were going. I'd automatically head for the bathroom and sure enough, it would hit BIG TIME! Someone asked me if I had "something," don't remember what they said, but as far as I knew, no I didn't. It just went away by itself.

What causes it when you've had gastric bypass, again?? That's a yukky feeling!!
