Whatever you do, stay away from that new OTC Ally - I asked my doc about it (my grandpa was pushing me to go on it saying it is perfectly safe) and my doc said that it pretty much gives you severe diarrhea. Yeah, all the fat comes out, but you dehydrate too. She's treated some people who took it and didnt realize that that is what happens.

I too have an issue with sweets, especially chocolate. I get low fat, no-sugar added chocolate ice creams. They aren't real creamy but they taste good.
