I'm actually feeling but better now. Not crying. Just realizing I need to find my why for working out. I have plenty to answer but I guess it's not enough. It used to be fun for me but feels like it is such a chore. The book I'm halfway reading no sweat tries to change your mindset and noticed few dbt techniques.
