Sounds so very uncomfortable!
So sorry you are suffering!

I have found temazepam helpful with sleep. I am told it has more hypnotic properties than some of the other benzodiazepines. I only use it at night, as it's very sedating for me. You may have tried it already.

I hope your rash goes away soon.
