Pain and anxiety from pain make my blood pressure skyrocket. I'm in chronic pain with chronic IBS so need to be on blood pressure meds. My doctor doesn't think I would need them without the chronic pain issues. Mine gets sky high. When I was hospitalized last I thought my heart and veins would burst when I'd see the readings. They'd check it 3 or 4 times because they wouldn't believe the number.

(((IBS sucks))). I hope you are ok. I've got the IBS too. It's killing me....just got off the pot from another attack. (TMI SORRY)
