I had read that you could adjust the band yourself. That's not for me. Too much room for error and waaaaaaaaaay too much room to cheat!

Do you have any other scary stories to share with us, Jbug? I'd like to know just in case I run into those things. That way, they won't scare me so much.

I really don't think I'd have much of a problem because I already don't eat that much. If I had a sugar attack, I'd eat at home! LOL

Do you eat chocolate and how much of it can you have at one time?
