Dexter; I don't usually have such extremes. I'm more apt to sleep and eat a lot than not much at all. However, I've been noticing a lack of appetite lately and today's been an extreme of that for me. I finally forced myself to eat but didn't much enjoy it. I have similar symptoms as well, with a strong desire to just simply sleep, and I feel tired throughout the day. I find that two doses of caffeine tend to help (large coffee in the morning, high caffeine soda in afternoon) helps a little to get me through the day.
