Yep I too have been in a constant Fibro flare up… Started with seeing the chiropractor and then I'm going with the election and all the stress and constant strife that is now sweeping across my country. I'm one of the few people in my town who actually sleep through the night thanks to my medication. Protesters have been hitting the streets by the thousands and we've made national news, I'm sorry to say. I'm afraid to go out – the stress level here is incredible. I am working hard to stay positive and upbeat and mindful but knowing that huge riots are seven minutes driving time away from me and anarchists are ruining my town is quite scary. There have been fights here on the property,and road rage is much more prevalent – something I was caught up in today. @_@
I can't stay on Facebook or the Internet too much without getting overwhelmed.
My surgery is scheduled for January 18 which is good since I don't know what will happen to Medicare after that 20th date. I am glad that it's going to be done and that is scheduled and hoping for the best with everything that follows.
Thinking of you all and wishing that you could all have some space away from your pain and struggles.
