The world spinning thing, that happens to me too, a few times it's been like if something bad suddenly happens I feel like I got kicked in the gut and everything will get very bright and glittery and spinny and blurry all at once, and noises get louder or sometimes they get softer like I'm down a deep well and things are fading. I call it "being drop-kicked into the twilight zone" because it's like all of a sudden it all makes sense in some really horrifying way that it is NOT supposed to.
