Hi Guys,
I have been having a really tough time lately getting things done. I work from home and I'm alone all day. I have been unmotivated and losing chunks of time - where I start working and all of a sudden it's been 2 hours and I haven't even checked my emails.... I think it's PTSD related, and/or depression.
My boss is really supportive of my situation. She was one of the first/only people that I confided in about how difficult things are right now. But she does have a business to run.... and I'm negatively affecting it by underperforming.
I don't know how to get caught up or how to stay on top of things. There are no more excuses... Now my baby is sick and I'm going to have a really tough time getting things done tomorrow... I'm so afraid it'll be the last straw.
Anyone have any tips or tricks or suggestions? I have THE BEST job ever and it would break my heart to lose it...TIA!
