I don't even think about such things.

I have these things happen to students. I don't think much about the farting except to just move the class on so as other students don't embarrass the student. I'm an adult; it doesn't phase me otherwise.

Vomiting is a sign of illness, so I'd be more concerned than anything. Why embarrassed?
