Please do not go to your mother's house. It sounds to me like she is baiting you - trying to get around the no contact rule you asked her for. After all if you make the 'first move' then she is innocent of breaking her word to you. Don't do that honey, you deserve to have this time to work on your life without her toxic input. Tell your good friend what you have told us, that you need some time without your birthmother's interference and please don't forward any more information for the time being. If she is a good friend she will understand.
