My T (who is older, about 70) once stood up at the end of the session and realized, I guess, after she stood that she had to go to the bathroom very badly. She announced to me that she had to "pee immediately" and then basically walked to the bathroom very quickly, leaving me in her office gathering my stuff. She was unfazed by it all. I have a lot of bathroom shyness personally so I was embarrassed, but it was actually good for me to see how a healthy person reacts in that situation and it reminded me that she's human too.
