Routine is very important to me. With some occasional variation, I basically do the same things, in the same way, every day. Sometimes I just HATE IT! But I keep doing it & having a set routine helps. So my thought here would be to develop a daily schedule for yourself including all of the things you need to do. (I don't have mine written out. It simply evolved over time. But you might consider writing yours out.) Then stick to it! Don't allow yourself to deviate unless there's a genuine reason for having to. After a while, it may become habit. At least my routine has for me. Many years ago, my father used to say: "You're not required to like it. You're just required to do it." I take that as my motto...
