Saw pdoc yesterday and we agreed to keep my meds as they are; 1250mg Lithium, 30mg Ritalin and PRN CLonazepam (up to 6mg day) and Olanzapine (Zyprexa) - 10 - 30mg day. At the moment I only take 2mg Clonaz a day and 0 - 30mg of Olanzapine depending on agitation and sleeplessness. Once I stablise I will ease up on PRN's and increase Ritalin back to 60mg a day.

Slept 6 hours last night on 10mg of Olanzapine. Feeling good so far, positive and a little euphoric - it is 9.45am here. Have hope today will be a good one. Still not as manic as I was a few days ago. Maybe only hypomanic now. Episode may be coming to an end. Kinda makes me sad as I was off the charts euphoric having all sensory experiences better tham an orgasm (sorry tmi...)
