I have struggled with anorexia for decades. My biggest trigger is the numbers on a scale so I flat refuse to look or no, I go by how I feel in my body.
You can meet your goal of being much happier with your appearance.

. And I still got muscles. Was still able to bench 225 although not as many times as I'd like but also part of my goals is to bench 300 lbs by wedding (doable or not just have to work hard and if I don't I can still feel good as long as I put the effort in).
Scale is a big trigger for me too but did with myself today to have a base to start.
