I agree to try and set a schedule. Also, sometimes if I want to take a break for a bit, I set a timer on my phone, 15 minutes, half an hour and then when it rings I get back to work.
I have worked from home for years. I recently started a new job after about 6 months of unemployment. This is also freelance from home. I admit that I am having a bit of trouble trying to get back into a work mindset. If you want, maybe we could check in with each other, either through a thread here or via PM on a regular basis. We could discuss what we have to do each day and what we have finished. It could help us both focus on what we need to do a bit more. Let me know if you want to do that!
