I hope and trust everyone day is going well. I was wondering if anyone can help me out and as the subject has it a little about me. I will do the question first and then yak about who I am

I myself got involved with self-injury. Sometimes I don't know the reason why I cut. I am reading books on it and understand okay that is how I feel. The other thing is and I know it is know being more research on it. Many churches don't know know about self-injury.

Any help would be apperciate
