I would suggest you speak to a professional about this as it could be a chemical imbalance causing these hectic rage issues.
I also have rage issues over little things. I get major worked up and i break things. I've thrown whole cupboards over, broken many glasses and hairbrushes and other things. My chest tightens and I get a wave of heat all over me and feel almost possessed or "elevated" out of myself, with the unstoppable urge to apply force to something. Usually objects or myself.
I have tried to help myself by pinpointing what the small petty things are that trigger me the most and avoid those things, and put things in place to make sure i dont face those things as much as possible. Maybe you should consider doing something similar if it's stuff that is avoidable?
The worst part about this for me is the regret and the "downer" i get afterwards. Do you also go into a super low after you experience these outbursts? Like it drains you?
