Liz and Cake, my brother is on his third round of antibiotics with this crud. I guess it's the same thing.

I got sick in the night with something. It feels like flu, but I've had my flu shot. I have nausea with it, too. My eyes became inflamed and I have had to start on a new round of steroid/anti-inflammatory drops today.

I have sores all in my mouth from the dentures. The dentist adjusted them and gave me numbing medicine to use for seven days. I am not to wear them for at least a week.

The puppy and I are getting along great. I am training her with puppy pads. She's doing great with it, except sometimes she stands on the pad and sticks her bottom over the edge. Oh my!

Last night, I discovered where the guy that threw her away had burned her with a cigarette and left a scar. How can such evil humans live?

I have named her Belle, after Belle in "Beauty and the Beast". She is a lovely, loving girl. I see my t on Fri., if I am well enough, and I'm going to ask him for a letter stating I need Belle for mental/emotional support. If he will, I won't have to pay $300 to keep her. If he won't, I feel if I work hard enough, God will help me get the money. I just can't lose her now.
