When I exercise (at the gym) I get a ravenous appetite and come home and eat like a pig.
While... not quite a pig, but I eat like double my normal lunch.
The only thing that's ever worked for me (but i'm not overweight) is to fast for one day, then that kills my appetite for the next day or so...and bam...i lose 5 lbs.
