I would advise to not over analyze your mood every day. That's just asking for troubles.
You got out today, your wanting to meet your friend... So at this point I don't see " depression" I see a day that has you chugging milk and wanting to sleep. It happens.
Get outside tomorrow, again, maybe go take you're camera out , you have always enjoyed that.
