Have you and T talked about this?
Yeah, you do have to be able to function. But it's so common for therapy to be on our minds nearly all the time. In fact, I read that it's a good sign because it is so important.
I think about it all the time and it's good, but also I can become frantic and worried and kind of overly consumed with it. I have meltdowns and after another major one this week she wants to work on holding on to good feelings when she's not there and I think this will help me. So, I'm wondering if you talk with T about it if there might be a way to make it more comfortable for you.
