Mostly I do.
I've cut out sugar, gluten and fried food from my diet. No sodas or artificial ingredients as much as I can control.
Essential oils are my medicine as apposed to pharm or OVC options. They work much better I would like to say.
I run/walk or go to the gym and feel horrible if I don't. I miss my trail terribly since the time has changed. It's only a weekend treasure for right now.
I have habits that are really not healthy for me. I hope that I overcome them.
Self medication.
