Yeh, I thought that too but I have been on it for 4 months with no issues. he reduced the dose as a caution and I am not sure why he kept me on some. i guess to help me concentrate and not be so distractible. The plan is to increase my dose back up once I am stable.

He took me off Cymbalta though as he thought that may have triggered the mania/mixed. That was the most likely culprit.
