I love getting a rush from things like bungee jumping (which I've done) flying a plane (have done that too) and roller coasters, but put me in front of people, or ask me to perform something I tend to freak out and loose all sense of where I am, in some cases to pretty bad results, and I'm wondering if that same jump I get from say that time I bungee jumped and my friend counted only to two instead of the promised three, is the exact same I get when I'm trying to do some other thing like playing piano in front of a large audience. My question is, how do I channel my sense of adventure in those other things to things that absolutely seem to petrify me and make something come out of it? I don't want to get rid of it, I want to know how I can use it to help me rather than hinder me.
