today we had a meeting (with, I guess, you could call them family services)

Possible trigger:

as you know our family were not kind to us at all. everything fro, hitting, strangling and having things thrown at us.. to trying to get us killeds

well: we just found out some disturbing news- they are trying to make contact with us so they can come and abuse us 1 last time before they leave to live for good in africa.

so it was a difficult meeting.. we told them it's not happening, we're A not leaving the country with abusers, and B we don't want to see them at all

so they told us they are doing their best so that our family don't get our address of where we are living

but yes.. natrually it's freaked us out a little, that they'd come after us again.

*shudders in disgust*

Possible trigger:

yesterday a friend of ours died suddenly.

we didn't know about it until someone mentioned his funeral next week

we thought he was alive and well! (or at least he always seemed positive and upbeat), hiding his illness from friends and people that knew him.

it is still cold here and our fingers are almost numb to the touch.
