Well... the Skeezyks can't speak with any authority on this subject. But my personal opinion is... yes... absolutely... one's living environment plays a huge roll in how we function day-to-day. I can't imagine living under the circumstances you describe. My personal opinion would be that the sooner you're able to move out, the better.
