Liz, please take care of yourself and rest. You don't want to crash. You just don't. You are very important and we love you. 
There is some good news. The t gave me the letter for Belle! He said he thinks she will be really, really good for me and also added that he would be happy to discuss it with the director here at the apartments if she had questions or concerns. I am so relieved. I can't say how relieved I am.
Also, I told my friend that she had really upset and hurt me and that this is as good as it gets. She had said some more things I didn't tell you all about and it sliced me like a knife and made me mad also. She apologized and she asked me again tonight if things were ok between us. I think I need to "state my truth" more often when things like this happens, but it's so hard for me to do.
