The answer: ME! Boy did you bring up some core issues with me. I think part of my concentration problems stem from my taking Xanax every day it has done a number on an already altered short term memory.

However, my daughter is showing signs of ADD/ADHD and I know that she probably gets it from me. I have never been diagnosed but have alot of the symptoms and could probably be clinically diagnosed. My husband was diagnosed with ADD when he was young and I know it runs in families but I really think that I have it too, just never been treated for it.

I don't have an answer but am here to listen if you want to talk about it. In the meantime, perhaps seeing a doctor would be a good idea.

Edit: Shoot! I forgot to mention. My cousin has alot of the same symptoms and he is diagnosed as ADHD and bipolar with mania. Just wanted to add that in case you want to bring it up with a professional.
