The rain is here and so is my monthly curse. I've been sleeping non stop....sweating and burning and hurting and shaking. It comes over me in waves of violence. My own body commits the worst violations against itself and I'm having trouble accepting this sad reality right now. The PULLING pain in my back and sides is taking my breathe away.....I must remind myself to breathe through it. I'm always in battle and rarely feel a victor when it's over.
