I just read some people with bipolar 2 will only cycle once in a 5 year period. Does anyone relate to this or do you cycle much more often? I ask because I only remember one time about 5 years ago where I had an episode I would say qualifies as hypo mania, and since then I don't really remember experiencing anything like it. I've had mostly depression since with periods of normal in between.
