That's a good song too. My divorce is really made me angry. It's been over a year and my 3rd attorney from pro-bono she filed a motion to withdraw because I don't agree with her she said I had to have signed for her to sell it. This is a community property law state. This is my view when we married she still had a mortgage so really it's the banks house and is debt. If she sold the house to her daughter and it was the same bank her daughter got the loan at. This is paying off debt and not owning the house so her daughter gets the loan and pays off the debt. This where I get taken she told me she sold it to her for $30,000.00 the house is worth more this I knew. She done this all the time she just always did and then told but left out details. No communication so really all I think she has to do is put it on her FDS and submit the paper work under earned income. The income is community property not the house. So whats the big deal. I don't know because all she said was I sold the house to Jessica for thirty grand . I don't know what she owed. Maybe it was thirty grand so she didn't sell it the bank sold it you don;t need a signature from me to do this. The problem I have now is I shouldn't have to be paying for her daughters house now. There has to be paper work on a mortgage pay off and a deposit of any money. Am I wrong you can't sell something you never owned. My house is paid of I have the deed. You don't have a deed of ownership until you pay the bank then it becomes yours. So communication is very important especially if you get divorced. She also has 2 accounts without my name on them bad communication this intentional I don't know what too think.
