Why can't your parents know about what you're going through? If they love you, they'll want to know so that they can take you to a professional and get help.
At the same time, I understand keeping something like this from parents for various reasons. This site is a pretty good one and can offer some information. I'm not sure where you live, but in the states (like the one I live in) the patient confidentiality kicks in at thirteen. So, even if your parents know you see one because they sign the intake form, your doctor can't share your information with them (with exceptions that are also there for adults). If you go to school, there's a counselor there who could assist you with this search and is also bound by confidentiality.
