Hey everyone,
I'm not sure if this is a sleep disorder or not, but all I know is that I have a great deal of trouble trying to fall asleep. I lay awake in bed for a few hours, unable to sleep and when I finally do get to sleep, it's often broken and unsatisfying. But, because I have trouble actually falling asleep at night, I sleep in until all hours of the day. It doesn't matter if I wake up at seven in the morning, that night I will not be able to sleep until 2 or 3, regardless of how early I actually go to bed.
As I said, I don't know if this is a sleep disorder or not. All I know is always wake up tired, I feel lethargic and I can't fall asleep at night. Can anyone give any advice on this? I don't want to take sleeping tablets but I need to do something to change this because I feel constantly tired. Any help would be appreciated.
